Brightside cover protects your appliances, electrical products and mobile devices when bad stuff happens and things go wrong. With Product Cover, Brightside will repair or replace your goods if anything happens.
Repairs or replacement costs following mechanical or electrical breakdown. This includes Call out, labour, transportation, replacement parts and VAT.
When will I receive my cover?
Once you have purchased an extended warranty from us, we’ll register your warranty with Brightside and take care of any other paperwork. When this is done, we’ll send you a copy of your warranty by post for you to keep safe.
How do I make a claim?
Just contact Brightside using the details included in your warranty and quoting your warranty reference number.
